The Culture Division offers a non-repayable investment to a maximum of $10,000 to enhance out-of-province sales of Nova Scotia’s cultural products; enhance market readiness of cultural producers; improve technical and export capabilities of a product, skill, or facility; and expand market opportunities, earned revenues, and earned revenue potential.

ACTS is a government project co-produced by the four Atlantic provinces: New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland & Labrador. A permanent office is located in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Policy, planning and development of the ACTS project is managed by an intergovernmental committee of representatives from the four provinces. These representatives work in the export, trade & cultural development sectors within their respective provinces.
